The rubber dam punch creates the holes in the rubber dam sheet through which the teeth to be isolated are exposed. On the rotating punch plate you select the right diameter – smaller holes for anterior teeth, larger ones for premolars and molars. The clean cut prevents the sheet from tearing when it is stretched.
Applications: preparation of rubber dam isolation in endodontics, restorative therapy and adhesive dentistry.
