Bein root elevator Fig. 3S – The Bein elevator is the standard for primary luxation. The straight, slightly hollow-ground blade is inserted into the periodontal ligament space and releases the tooth from the socket with a levering and rotating motion before the forceps are applied. This version: straight blade, narrow, for anterior tooth roots.
