Desmotome straight – The desmotome is a purely separating instrument: the fine blade circumferentially severs the Sharpey fibres at the tooth neck before any levering takes place. This reduces gingival tears and makes the subsequent luxation considerably easier. Version: straight.
- Version: straight
- Severs the Sharpey fibres before luxation
- Fewer gingival tears, clean extraction socket
- Mesial, distal and straight versions for all surfaces
- Autoclavable at 134 °C, corrosion-resistant
