Coupland root elevator 3C – The Coupland elevator is chisel-shaped. The wide, straight blade is driven between the tooth and the alveolar bone and widens the periodontal ligament space – the classic instrument for the initial loosening of firmly seated teeth. This version: curved blade 3 mm – for posterior tooth roots.
